Bed and Breakfast/ Nightly Cabins For Sale

Property Overview
Bed and Breakfast property with a four thousand square foot, four bedroom, four bath main-house and spacious two car garage. Also included are 5 individual cabins in a perfect location for attracting both business and leisure guests who are visiting Alaska or traveling through Tok for business, or moving in/out of state. Tok is situated 90 miles from the Canadian border is a natural stopping spot for travelers entering or exiting the state. To enter or leave Alaska via vehicle you must go through Tok, which makes owning a tourist centered business here awesome. With limited decent hotels here we often have to turn people away and there is room for expansion with this property.
The town of Tok is not incorporated so it has NO PROPERTY TAX and NO SALES TAX and ...NO STATE TAX....it's kind of amazing! Keep what you make and make what you need with the winters off. Plus, lets be honest, the federal government gives business owners all the nice tax perks, and a bed and breakfast is a fantastic way to access them. Great place for outdoor enthusiasts, with hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, cross country trails, berry picking and hunting all near by; seriously an amazing place to live and raise children. The only thing we worry about with our kids is the occasional moose in the yard. Ooooohhhh, the scenery here is breathtaking all year long and great for wildlife photography and/or setting up a camera to capture the magic of the northern lights.
